Your Outer Space Reflects Your Inner Space

Clearing clutter opens up space for amazing things to come into your life that are completely unrelated to your clutter. I've had clients declutter and organize their home and later tell me they finally got their dream job or went on the vacation they had been talking about.

The less time you spend managing your stuff the more time you will have to do things that bring you joy, such as:

  • Reading

  • Spending time with family and friends

  • Sewing

  • Finishing that book you've been reading

  • Planning that big trip abroad

The possibilities are endless!

The state of your home is a reflection of you. What does your home say about you right now? Is your home saying, “come over friends, let's have a cup of coffee?”

If you’re having to cancel plans or not have people over because you feel you need to clean up, that tells me you have too many things to manage.

When your physical space feels cluttered and disorganized, how does that affect your mental space? My goal with every client is to get them down to a manageable amount of things. It should take five minutes or less to neaten up before someone can drop by. If everything has a home it's quick to find things when you need them and put them back when you're done with them. That makes tidying up quick and easy!

Reflect on how good you feel when your space is clear and free of clutter. Do you feel more productive, more motivated? I’ve had clients move and buy their dream homes as well as feel empowered to remove themselves from toxic situations and go on to live their best lives. I’ve had clients feel so inspired by decluttering that they go back to school. They no longer feel held back by their stuff that they now take themselves on vacation every month. Clients have told me after I’ve worked with them that their life is so much more productive, and they are able to accomplish their lifelong goals – all because they are now free from their stuff.

Your life is so much more than your things. You deserve to be in a space that inspires you to be your best self and motivates you to do great things.
